CAN I BRING MY OWN APPAREL FOR PRINTING AND EMBROIDERY?

Unfortunately, customer-provided garments are not accepted due to misprint risks, and we encourage browsing our catalog.

HOW MUCH DO YOUR SERVICES COST?

We wish this was an easy answer, but there are alot of factors that go into giving a price estimate. We suggest filling out our quote form to get an accurate answer or browsing our catalog which lists pricing for custom apparel. It all depends on the amount of shirts or promo products, type of printing needed, how quickly you'd like it done, etc.

WHAT KIND OF FILES DO YOU NEED FOR MY ORDER?

We require a vector file for screen prints and direct-to-film, with a TRANSPARENT background. Not supplying this type of file will mean we have to convert it and that comes with a $35 fee. For embroidery, the file must be digitized. Digitizing fee starts at $45. You can give us a JPEG or any other file, and we can convert it for you!

CAN YOU DESIGN SOMETHING FOR ME?

We do offer design services! We can take your idea from your head and onto a shirt, no problem! Email us with your ideas and needs and we can start brainstorming to come up with the best look for your needs. We also offer brand identity/logo design services. WHAT IS YOUR TURN-AROUND-TIME?

Our standard is 21 business days. At check out you have the option to select 21, 14, or 7 business days.

WHAT ARE YOUR ORDER MINIMUMS?

10 for embroidery and direct-to-film, 50 for screenprinting.
