Our products are all custom and made-to-order, because of that, we do not offer refunds at this time. If you have a problem with your order, please fill out your contact information and a description of the problem on our "Contact" tab. We will reach out as soon as we receive your message and coordinate with you on handling any errors on our end.

PRINTED color issues, as colors cannot be 100% guaranteed due to personal differentials in color shade definition, garment dye, etc. 

ONCE ART AND GARMENTS ARE APPROVED WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MISSED LOGOS OR WRONG GARMENTS. IT IS CLIENTS RESPONSIBILITY TO VERIFY ALL LOGOS, GARMENT TYPE, COLORS, SIZING AND PLACEMENT IS CORRECT UPON RECEIVING ART PROOFS FOR APPROVAL.
